The Burton Beef Story
Burton Beef is the culmination of many years of hard work and perseverance.
Our family history is a story of farms, stations, butchers and meatworks over four generations.
A love of the land, cattle and our business has created a unique product that we are proud to share.
We run our cattle on several properties across the Kimberley.
From the wild Carson River Station in the far North and Mt Elizabeth in the picturesque Gibb River area to the highly productive country at Kilto Station near Broome, the focus is on quality.
A vertically integrated business that is a wonderful example of how food production can co-exist with the environment and deliver a high quality product that is sustainable and affordable.
The future is in good hands as we are proud to have both our children Minna and William involved in the business to take it to the future.
